Donate 2 Educate is an Australian charity. Our mission is to facilitate the recycling of resources to educate impoverished students in Australia and around the world. We do this by accepting donations of useful, pre-loved or unused resources such as books, pencils, electronic equipment and shipping it to those students most in need.

Dayboro Markets

Held first Sunday of every month

Dayboro Markets continue to be held the first Sunday of every month. Visit our store to purchase from our selection of baked goodies. We also sell second-hand books, crockery and a variety of local hand-made items. Bring along excess produce from your garden to swap, donate or buy. You can find us opposite the IGA from 6am.

Music Under the Stars

Held the fourth Saturday evening of each month.

Music under the stars is a family friendly event held every 4th Saturday of the month, at Jack’s Place, behind the Catholic Church in Dayboro. Check out our Facebook page and the Dayboro Grapevine for upcoming events and event details including cancellations. BYO chairs or rugs. Cost is $5 pp or $10 per family. Drinks and nibbles for sale. CASH ONLY PLEASE.

One off Fundraising Events

Occasionally Donate 2 Educate hosts one off fundraising events. Past events include Bouquets and Bubbles (thank you Maddison from Wattle and Daisy) and Christmas in July held at the beautiful Ocean View Estates. Keep an eye on our Facebook and Upcoming Events pages for details.

Don your best lederhosen, dirndl and dancing shoes and have some fun while supporting this worthy charity. Fun starts at 5:30. No need to book. Cost is $10 per person. Food and drinks available. CASH ONLY. Feed Lucy playing from 6:30 - 8:30. Prost!

Donate 2 Educate is a not-for-profit charity set up to keep educational resources out of landfill and in classrooms for education.

Donate 2 Educate can recycle your disused and unwanted resources. We collect:

Classroom resources
Outdoor play equipment (small items only)
Musical equipment
Computer, laptops and mobile phones
Discontinued school and sports uniforms.

Recycled resources are sent to schools in Australia and overseas, requiring support, to assist the education of their students.

Our resources have been sent all over the world including Uganda, India, Peru and Papua New Guinea.

Donate 2 Educate is a non-profit charity. All monies raised come through donations alone and are used to either:
a) purchase education equipment and resources and/or
b) post equipment and resources to schools and communities world wide.

Education leads to freedom, opportunities and choices and societies with a high proportion of educated citizens have greater social stability. Help a child achieve a better life and make a donation today.
